Gambloria Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eventa Digital Limitada, the company that operates Gambloria, governing your use of the casino, live casino, and sportsbook services available on this website. Gambloria holds gaming licence number ALSI-182407008-FI1, issued in 2024 by the Anjouan gaming authority, Union of Comoros. This agreement covers account registration and eligibility, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of this service, you accept these terms in full.

About us and licensing

Gambloria is operated by Eventa Digital Limitada, a company registered in Costa Rica, which holds the Anjouan gaming licence ALSI-182407008-FI1 covering casino, live casino, and sportsbook under a single authorisation. Eventa Digital Limitada is privately held and operates a portfolio of approximately 67 casino brands, including Savaspin, Piperspin, Goldzino, and WinAirlines, all running on shared infrastructure. The English version of these terms prevails where any translated version differs. Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use this service. Only one account per person is permitted across the Gambloria platform; duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, and you must update that information promptly if it changes. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any point, and verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, regardless of the amount requested. We reserve the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account where these eligibility conditions are not met or where we have reason to believe the account is being used in breach of these terms. Bonuses are unavailable to citizens of countries carrying a bonus-level country restriction, applied per offer.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank wire transfer, and a range of e-wallets including Skrill, Neteller, Revolut, Paysafecard, Postepay, and Multibanco, subject to availability by country, as well as cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, Dogecoin, and TRON. Minimum deposits start from approximately EUR 20 depending on your country of residence and chosen method, with per-coin minimums for cryptocurrency shown in the cashier at the time of deposit. We apply no fees on deposits or withdrawals; the only pass-through charge is intermediary bank fees on wire transfers, capped at the equivalent of EUR 16. Minimum withdrawals range from EUR 50 to EUR 120 depending on country and method, and casino-side withdrawal processing takes up to 72 hours before the payment provider’s own timeline applies. Withdrawal limits at base loyalty rank are approximately EUR 1,000 per day, EUR 3,000 per week, and EUR 10,000 per month, with these ceilings rising at higher loyalty ranks; the current applicable limit is shown in the cashier’s withdrawal section. Withdrawals are returned to the method used for the original deposit where possible, and where an account was funded by credit card, amounts up to the total deposited may be processed as refunds against those purchases. Deposited funds must be played through at least three times before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion carries its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across the platform unless an individual promotion states otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount, with the exception of the HighRoller reload bonus, which carries a 35x wagering requirement, and sportsbook welcome and Sunday reload bonuses, which carry a 5x requirement. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet is EUR 5 on slots or EUR 10 on live games, or the stated currency equivalent; this limit applies to doubled bets after a completed round and to purchased bonus rounds. The maximum amount you may withdraw from bonus winnings is 10 times the bonus amount. Bonus validity is 7 days from crediting for Welcome Package bonuses and 14 days for other bonuses unless the specific promotion states a different period. Game contribution toward wagering is 100% for slots, 10% for live roulette, 10% for blackjack, and 0% for table games, scratch cards, instant win titles, and Originals. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses may not be combined. We reserve the right to revoke a bonus and any associated winnings, and to close an account, where we identify bonus abuse, including stake manipulation, low-odds hedging to convert bonus balance, or deliberate delay of game rounds to circumvent wagering requirements.

Responsible gambling

Dispute resolution

Cases not resolved at first contact are escalated internally, and you will be kept informed of the status of your complaint throughout that process. Server logs and records held by us constitute the authoritative record in any dispute concerning a game result or transaction. If a complaint is not resolved at casino management level, you may refer the matter to an independent body, the relevant gaming authority, or the Anjouan licensing regulator.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with notice provided by email to the address registered on your account or by a prominent notice on the website. The revised terms take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
